That’s why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for our fellow anglers.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Original packaging must be intact (including all tags and protective materials)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Saltwater Terminal Tackle that has been opened or used
- Saltwater Line & Leader that has been cut or removed from original packaging
- Custom or personalized fishing gear
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your saltwater fishing gear:
- Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our fishing gear experts will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship it back – Send the package to our Nashville facility using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? We’re happy to exchange your item for another saltwater fishing product:
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
- We’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Saltwater Rod or other gear arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
